Marie Sahy is a visual artist from Vevey, Switzerland. She studied for a BA in Fine Art at the édhéa, in Sierre (CH). In 2022, she graduated with a MA in Fine Art from the University of Brighton, receiving a high distinction for her essay on How fiction fuels contemporary art which took the form of a graphic novel.

Her work is a dance between nostalgia and the present day. She explores such themes as power dynamics in the private sphere and how social constructs influence personal identity. Using mediums such as drawing and painting, she takes inspiration from personal life, dusty trinkets in museums, graphic novels, movies and old family pictures.
